This month, we will tune into the natural rythm of Fall, a season that gently reminds us that there is beauty in slowing down, turning inward, and letting go. Just as the trees release their leaves when they are ready, we too can explore what it might fell like to soften our grip and release what we no longer need to carry. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, this sound bath will create a peaceful space to slow down, settle the body and mind, and connect with the quiet wisdom of the season. Sound baths may support reduced anxiety, more restful fsleep, release of tension, and an improved sense of mood and well-being. Space is limited, Workshop cost $45, Adaptogen cash bar available for happy hour.
